Will funeral homes accept the casket that we order?
Yes. By law they have to accept the casket. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires funeral homes to accept any casket purchased from an outside source.
Will a funeral home accept a casket from your company?
Federal law requires ALL funerals homes to accept caskets purchased from somewhere other than the funeral home. If your funeral home refuses, please contact us or call the Funeral Service Consumer Assistance Program at 708-827-6337 or 800-662-7666.
What is the difference between 18 ga steel and 20 ga steel?
18 ga steel is stronger and more durable steel. It is also more expensive. At Veteran Caskets, we use only 18 ga steel. We believe that our Veterans deserve the best.

Can my name be placed on the casket?
As of right now no. But we are working on that.
Can I have my casket custom made?
We do not custom make caskets at this time but we are in the process of making that an option.
Are your caskets tax write offs?
You would need to check with your accountant.
